Yearly dues are $440 per lot and it can be paid yearly by March 1st or $36.67 monthly by the 1st of each month

Eagles Landing was developed by DR Horton starting in 2013. It was built in 3 phases and the last homes sold in 2020. This website was created to try to provide a place for documents, emails and other information from the many years of the neighborhood’s existence and independent of any management companies.
